Vacation Bible School June 22-26

We are planning programs for a Sunday sampler as well as Monday-thru-Thursday evenings, June 22  to 26, for children aged 3 to 5th grade. Invite your neighbors, friends, grandchildren, nieces, nephews to come join the fun! Watch your mailbox for registration forms and other news. You’ll enjoy songs, crafts, Bible stories, games, mission projects, and supper. Contact Marian Bauer.

ADULTS: See how you can help one or more days before or during VBS!

Summer Activities for Youth

Each Sunday 4 – 5:30p.m. beginning April 27, the Youth Suite will be open for a variety of fellowship, mission and Bible study activities.

Summer Backyard Bible Study

Here's an excellent opportunity to meet new people and share ideas in a friendly, informal and stimulating social setting. From 7:00-8:30 PM on Tuesday evenings (6/17 – 7/29) this summer there will be gatherings at various homes, in backyards or on porches.   We’ll take turns leading discussions on “Saving the Earth”.

We expect to keep our study & socializing to 1½ hours or less. You don’t have to forgo vacation trips or other events – just come when you can. Bring a folding chair in case it’s needed. Each host is asked to provide simple refreshments such as lemonade or iced tea and cookies. If you have limited space at your home to accommodate 12 to 15 people, you can co-host with someone else and provide the refreshments. For more information, contact Sandra Cole (Adult Education Committee).

Summer Sunday mornings – 15 minutes after worship

Cross-generational participatory time of learning (for about 45 minutes)

Themes for the summer:  Mission Possible and Spiritual Formation

Each session stands on its own, so you can come and go as your vacations dictate!

Learn by doing!  Come join us!
