Approval of Minutes: March 20, 2006 Meeting

Study and spiritual preparation for those who lead Westminster worship

John Helt will continue our discussion on “Designing Worship Together,” written by Malefyt and VanderWell. Read and be prepared to discuss what a “thoughtful, faithful and fair feedback process” would be. Discuss the benefits of worship evaluation on page 158-160 to determine which and how we can apply any of these ideas to our worship planning. If time permits let’s discuss the levels of criteria for evaluation, if Westminster should have an worship evaluation committee, and if Westminster needs a worship planning committee. We will continue this discussion at our next meeting.

Adult Education class: Worship at Westminster: April 23 – May 14, 2006, Room 6

John Helt and Joe Chrisman will lead an adult education class in a study of worship, specifically analyzing, educating and evaluating our worship services at Westminster. Examine the class outline and handouts. Are there specific activities/evaluations we could enlist of the people who attend the class?

                             sanctuary

                              determines this

Communion: make clear with servers should come forward; review instructions; enough elements; enough hands cleaning up?
